To place an order, you can submit it via email, phone, or a formal purchase order (PO). Please provide the correct quote number and select your preferred payment method. We accept prepayment via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, wire transfer, and ACH (our preferred option). For Net 30 orders, please contact us to provide a credit reference for verification. For schools, government agencies, military, and publicly listed companies within the U.S., Net 30 payment terms are typically available.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide the logistics information via email for your tracking. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

All items shipped are accompanied by the following documentation:


1. Certificate of Analysis (COA): Provided by our manufacturers, this analysis is specific to the actual lot of material being sent, unless otherwise stated as a “typical analysis.”
2. Safety Data Sheet (SDS): Prepared by HM’s technical staff in compliance with OSHA regulations, based on the best available knowledge. It is provided solely for the buyer’s information, consideration, and investigation. HM assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the data contained in the SDS.
3. Invoice (Invoice): A copy of the invoice for your purchase will be included with the shipment.
4. Packing List (PL): The packing list detailing the contents of the shipment is also provided for your reference.

For custom products or nonstandard parts, cancellations are generally not accepted after the order is confirmed. However, if the Buyer insists on canceling, the following conditions will apply:


1. Completed Products: The Buyer must accept delivery of any products that are fully completed at the time of cancellation.
2. Work-in-Process: For nonstandard products that are still in production at the time of cancellation, the Buyer will be responsible for paying for the portion of the product that has been completed. This is calculated based on the percentage of completion, multiplied by the total price of the finished product.
3. Additional Costs: The Buyer is also required to cover any costs related to the cancellation, including claims arising from subcontractor or vendor agreements, as well as any associated legal, accounting, and administrative fees.


In summary, cancellations for custom orders will only be allowed under these specific terms, and the Buyer will bear the responsibility for any costs incurred due to the cancellation.
