The Wolfram Tube, also called tungsten pipe, is made from high-purity tungsten metal. It has an extremely high melting point (3422 ℃) and excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in industries requiring high-temperature or high-pressure applications. Tungsten Tube/Pipe Production Process

Tungsten Tube/Pipe Surface Finish
Depending on the intended applications, tungsten tubes and pipes have three main surface finishes as follows:
- Schwarz: Die Oberfläche ist “wie gesenkgeschmiedet” oder “wie gezogen”, wobei eine Schicht aus Bearbeitungsschmierstoffen und Oxiden zurückbleibt.

- High-temperature Furnace: Tungsten Tubes are mainly used for thermocouple protection tubes in high-temperature furnaces, sapphire crystals, and support parts for high-temperature sintering furnaces.
- Medizinische: Due to it has good radiation shielding effect, tungsten tubes can be used as shielding strings in medical treatment.
- Luft- und Raumfahrt: Because of its good high-temperature resistance, tungsten tubes are also commonly used in the lining components of rocket engines and ignition tube components.
