Crisol de hafnio
Hafnio (Hf) es un metal de transición lustroso, de color gris plateado, con un punto de fusión muy alto (2230°C) y una densidad elevada (13,31 g/cm3). Crisol de hafnio is made of high-purity hafnium metal or its alloy, exhibiting excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and radiation. Hafnium Crucible Production Process
- Materia prima: Seleccione alta pureza hafnium powder.
- Pulvimetalurgia: Mezclar con aglutinante y compactar en un tocho verde.
- Sinterización: Sinterización a alta temperatura para eliminar el aglutinante y aumentar la densidad.
- Tratamiento térmico: Recocido para aliviar la tensión y mejorar las propiedades.
- Tratamiento de superficies: Limpiar y pulir la superficie.
Hafnium Crucible Surface Finish
Depending on the intended applications, hafnium crucibles have three main surface finishes as follows:
- Negro: La superficie es "tal como se estampó" o "tal como se estiró", conservando una capa de lubricantes y óxidos de procesamiento.
- Limpio: La superficie se limpia químicamente para eliminar todos los lubricantes y óxidos.
- Suelo: La superficie es sin centros para eliminar todo el revestimiento y lograr un control preciso de las dimensiones.
Hafnium Crucible Safety Precautions For Use
- After use, store the hafnium crucible in a dry place to prevent rainwater intrusion. Before use, gradually heat it to 500°C.
- Add materials according to the crucible’s capacity, avoiding overpacking to prevent cracking from the thermal expansion of the metal.
- When removing the metal solution, use a scoop rather than calipers. If calipers or other tools are necessary, ensure they match the shape of the crucible to prevent localized pressure that could shorten its lifespan.
- The crucible’s service life depends on usage. Avoid direct exposure to an oxidizing flame, as this can cause oxidation of the crucible material, leading to premature wear.
