Master alloy is a pre-alloyed material consisting of two or more metal elements, usually with one metal as the base and one or more high-content alloying elements. It is mainly used as an additive to adjust and optimize the composition and properties of the target alloy. It can also be used as a deoxidant, degasifier, and desulphurizing agent. A Master Alloy can be referred to as a “hardener”, “grain refiner”, or “modifier depending on the different applications. - Preparación de materias primas: Seleccionar las materias primas metálicas adecuadas según los requisitos, lavarlas, secarlas y triturarlas para garantizar la ausencia de impurezas y alcanzar el tamaño de partícula requerido.
